Permitted use
You may use SKUFix with inventory files and processing reports you are authorized to process. Do not upload files containing malware, executable content, or data you lack permission to handle.
Service boundaries
SKUFix does not access Seller Central, submit files, change the Amazon catalog, guarantee listing acceptance, or make authorization decisions.
Repairs are based on deterministic workbook and report evidence. Some findings require seller input, a different template, or Amazon Support.
Payments and refunds
One-time and subscription payments are processed by Stripe. A repaired file is delivered only after a verified payment event, except during an explicitly labeled free beta.
If SKUFix cannot verify a generated workbook after a confirmed payment, contact billing@skufix.shop with the safe job ID and receipt ID for review.
Your responsibility
You must review the repaired workbook and repair report before uploading. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, compliance, and catalog suitability of product information.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, SKUFix is not liable for lost sales, listing suppression, catalog decisions, or indirect damages resulting from use of a workbook.
