Files and workbook data
Original workbooks, processing reports, repaired workbooks, and generated reports are stored privately. Source and generated files expire after 24 hours unless you delete them sooner.
Workbook content is processed to create findings and approved repairs. It is not used to train models, because the MVP has no LLM dependency.
Metadata
Guest diagnostic metadata may be retained for up to 30 days. This can include the safe job ID, status, file size, processing duration, finding counts, external error-code counts, and failure codes.
Logs and general analytics exclude SKUs, product names, brands, row values, workbook content, report content, and email addresses.
Payments and email
Stripe processes payment details. SKUFix stores payment and subscription identifiers, amounts, currency, and status, but never card numbers.
Resend may process an email address to send expiring job links and transactional notices. Workbooks are never attached to email.
Security and deletion
Guest access uses a high-entropy token whose cryptographic hash is stored. Private downloads require the unexpired job link.
